Celeste and Jesse Forever (2012) Movie Cast and Crew Story Review Watch Online Free

About The Movie: Celeste and Jesse Forever is a film directed by Lee Toland Krieger. It stars Rashida Jones and Andy Samberg, and was written by Jones and Will McCormack, who also has a role in the film. It was released on August 3, 2012 in New York and Los Angeles.Celeste (Rashida Jones) and Jesse (Andy Samberg) met in high school, married young and are growing apart. Now thirty, Celeste is the driven owner of her own media consulting firm, Jesse is once again unemployed and in no particular rush to do anything with his life. Celeste is convinced that divorcing Jesse is the right thing to do -- she is on her way up, he is on his way nowhere, and if they do it now instead of later, they can remain supportive friends. Jesse passively accepts this transition into friendship, even though he is still in love with her. As the reality of their separation sets in, Celeste slowly and painfully realizes she has been cavalier about their relationship, and her decision, which once seemed mature and progressive, now seems impulsive and selfish. But her timing with Jesse is less than fortuitous. While navigating the turbulent changes in their lives and in their hearts, these two learn that in order to truly love someone, you may have to let them go.....In his review for Entertainment Weekly, Owen Gleiberman concluded that "it's been a while since a romantic comedy mustered this much charm by looking this much like life.

Storyline:
A divorcing couple tries to maintain their friendship while they both pursue other people. The Buzz: With an intriguing premise (best friends going through a divorce) and appealing leads Rashida Jones and Andy Samberg, Celeste and Jesse Forever looked like it could be a solid mainstream indie. The movie doesn't really live up to its potential, though: it's essentially (500) Days of Summer if you reversed the gender roles and stripped it of its unique direction and spot-on relationship insight, and it's unlikely to find much of an audience during its theatrical run.

Movie Review:
by bmooser-(United States)
I saw this film at LA Film fest and loved it! Easily the best indie love story since 500 days of summer. Rashida Jones is heartwarming and really funny in the movie. Highly recommended! Plus its got a great score, in a summer full of remakes and superhero movies Celeste and Jesse stands out above the rest as a refreshingly original flick. Its really great to see Andy Samburg stretching his wings and bringing some serious tones in addition to his humor. No other young comic actor delivers funny lines like Samburg. Go see it and be ready to laugh and cry and smile. Looking forward to watching what happens next from the pen of Jones and McCormack.

Main Cast and Crew
Stars: Rashida Jones, Andy Samberg, Elijah Wood, Emma Roberts
Director: Lee Toland Krieger
Writers: Rashida Jones (screenplay),
Will McCormack (screenplay)
Genre: Comedy | Drama
Running time: 91 min
Production Co: Team Todd, Envision Media Arts,
PalmStar Entertainment
Country: USA
Language: English
Filming Locations: Providence, Rhode Island, USA

The Upside: Rashida Jones turns in a beautiful, multi-faceted performance that (if anything in Hollywood is fair) should push her into a higher level of roles and films; lovingly penned by Jones and Rashida; inventively but not obtrusively directed by Krieger; hits the three h’s (and handily) – heart, humor, and honesty.
The Downside: A muddled middle portion frequently reads as confusing; a tighter focus on Celeste’s story pulls us away from Jesse and his own trials; the film has trouble straddling tones in its first half.
On the Side: Jones and McCormack are real-life best friends, a bond that is reflected in their singularly envisioned screenplay.
On the Side, Part Two: Sony Pictures Classics will release Celeste and Jesse Forever in limited release on August 3.

The films are produced by Color Force and Dune Entertainment, and distributed by 20th Century Fox.Jeff Kinney announced that a film based on the first book would be produced by 20th Century Fox. The film was released on March 19, 2010, moved up from an April 2 release date. It was directed by Thor Freudenthal, who also directed Hotel for Dogs. The film starred Zachary Gordon as Greg Heffley, Robert Capron as Rowley Jefferson, Rachael Harris as Susan Heffley, Steve Zahn as Frank Heffley, Devon Bostick as Rodrick Heffley, Connor and Owen Fielding as Manny Heffley, Chloë Grace Moretz as a new character named Angie, Grayson Russell as Fregley, Laine MacNeil as Patty Farrell, and Karan Brar as Chirag Gupta. Production began in February 2009 and was completed on October 16, 2009. The film was released on March 19, 2010.Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days is currently completed, and on April 5, 2012, a movie poster and a teaser trailer was released with The Three Stooges. The film released on August 3, 2012 combining The Last Straw and Dog Days.Though this will be the third installment to the film series, its title is taken from the fourth book of the book series as it will be based on both the third and fourth books, The Last Straw and Dog Days.

LOS ANGELES — Maybe it has to do with the lowered expectations surrounding something with "Dog Days" in its title being released during a traditionally less stellar time in the movie-going season, but the third installment in the "Wimpy Kid" franchise turns out to be not so wimpy after all. Although it paints everything with the same broad sitcom strokes as its predecessor, "Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days," culled from the third and fourth books in Jeff Kinney's wildly successful "novel in cartoons" series, proves nimbler and truer to its origins than last year's "Rodrick Rules." Despite the fact that this "school's out" edition is hitting theatres at a time when many kids in the country are getting ready to go back, the modestly budgeted Fox 2000 presentation should still come within spitball distance of the $53 million taken domestically by No. 2. It's summer break in the Heffley household, and while the teenaged Greg (Zachary Gordon) is content to while away the sunny hours inside playing video games, his hapless dad, Frank (Steve Zahn) has other, father-son bonding ideas. He's initially able to dodge working as an intern at Frank's office by pretending he already landed a job at the ritzy country club where his buddy Rowley belongs – and where his crush Holly Hills (Peyton List) hangs out – but when his dad catches on to the ruse, Greg gets dragged off on an ill-fated camping trip. David Bowers, who also helmed "Rodrick Rules" and incoming screenwriters Maya Forbes ("The Larry Sanders Show") and Wallace Wolodarsky ("Monsters vs. Aliens") have brought the title character closer to those wimpier roots after Greg came across as a little too mean-spirited the last time out. As again portrayed by Gordon, this time around there's more vulnerability to temper that smart-ass streak, while the story as a whole feels less episodic.

Storyline:
School is out and Greg is ready for the days of summer, when all his plans go wrong. What on earth is he going to do all summer?

Movie Review:
This film is the third film in this popular series and is based on the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books, which are written by Jeff Kinney. These books are about the ups and downs of growing up and trying to deal with school, family and relationships. The stories are so well written and relatable, that you can't help but love the books and the movies. This film stars Zachary Gordon, who does a great job once again as the main character Greg Heffley, and Robert Capron, as his lovable friend Rowley Jefferson. This films starts out with Greg and Rowley finishing the school year and planning out their summer vacation. There's only one problem, as usual for Greg, nothing goes as planned. Follow along as Greg and Rowley try to make it through the dog days of summer. My favorite character is Greg because he is funny and means well even when he makes mistakes and deep down, he just wants everyone to like him. It is hard choosing one scene as my favorite, because most of the scenes at the country club are absolutely hysterical, but I was able to choose one. That's when Greg's older brother Roderick, played brilliantly by Devon Bostick, tries to fake drowning to the pretty life guard will save him. The problem is, she doesn't even notice him, so an older, hairy man dives into the pool, pulls him out and performs mouth to mouth on him. Roderick's facial expression is priceless and this scene is just so funny, I could not stop laughing.

Impact Wrestling (stylized as IMPACT WRESTLING and formerly known asTNA iMPACT!) is a professional wrestling television program for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) that currently airs in the United States and Canada on Spike.Impact Wrestling is filmed at the Impact Wrestling Zone (Soundstage 21 at the Universal Studios Florida theme park of Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida) where admission is free. Tapings of the show take place on Monday and Tuesday night and are aired on its 9pm Thursday time slot. The show's current opening theme is called: "Sinister Rise Above" by Dale Oliver. TNA was left with no television deal and, therefore, had no means of promoting their monthly pay-per-views (although Impact! did continue to air on certain regional networks in place of TNA Xplosion). On July 1, TNA began offering new episodes through their website, first using BitTorrent downloads, then by streaming through RealPlayer. To save on production costs, four hours of the show were recorded in a day and made available throughout the subsequent month. At the same time, TNA began seeking a more profitable television outlet, finally negotiated a Saturday night timeslot with Spike TV, now known simply as Spike, and started airing Impact! on October 1, 2005. Two episodes were taped every other Tuesday, airing them on the subsequent Saturday. TNA's syndication contracts for the show on local TV channels, from after the FSN contract, were converted to contracts for their syndicated show, TNA Xplosion.....

Together it’s their job to make sure that every mug punter within five square miles gets locked down to the tightest and most expensive mobile phone contract known to mankind.

Show Short Review:
The bottom line with this business is that in the end, it all comes back to how you can perform in the ring. TNA is wisely signing younger, smaller wrestlers and featuring a different type of in ring style than what WWE is doing. At the same time, they are not trying to compete with WWE, which is extremely smart. TNA is akin to what ECW was in the 90s, not in terms of style, but in terms of its approach to its place in the world. What I mean by that is that even though TNA has people like Jeff Jarrett, Raven, Rhino among other WWE or WCW guys, they realize that they cannot be going head to head with WWE. I certainly enjoy watching TNA though for the action and its unique in ring content.
