Anger Management Season 1, Episode 10 Charlie Gets Romantic Air On 23rd August 2012

Series Genl Info: Anger Management is an American comedy series that premiered on FX on June 28, 2012.The series is based on the 2003 movie of the same name and stars Charlie Sheen in a role similar to the one originated by Jack Nicholson in the movie.Anger Management broke a ratings record with 5.74 million viewers in its series debut and ranks as the most-watched Sitcom premiere in cable history.The series will be Sheen's first acting role since his firing from the hit CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men on March 7, 2011 after eight seasons.On October 27, 2011, it was announced that FX had picked up the series with an initial ten episode order. If the series is successful, FX would then order an additional 90 episodes under the unique syndication model crafted by Debmar-Mercury which was also used for TBS's Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns and Tyler Perry's House of Payne, which would be shot over an accelerated schedule of two years.The series premiered on June 28, 2012 at 9pm on FX....In "Anger Management", Charlie Sheen stars as "Charlie", a non-traditional therapist specializing in anger management. Selma Blair, Shawnee Smith, Daniela Bobadilla, Michael Arden, and Noureen DeWulf co-star. He has a successful private practice, holding sessions with his group of primary patients each week, as well as performing pro bono counseling for an inmate group at a state prison. Prior to his career as a therapist, Charlie was a stalled minor league baseball prospect whose road to the majors was sidetracked by his own struggle with anger issues. After a stint in anger management therapy, he made it to the majors and had one terrific season before his anger issues put him on the shelf for good. In the final game of his career, he tried to snap a bat over his leg, which resulted in a career-ending injury. That injury led him back to school and to his current profession. Charlie thrives on the chaos in his life while still battling his own anger issues. His life is complicated by his relationships with his own therapist/best friend, an ex-wife whose positive outlook but poor choice in men frustrates Charlie, and their 13-year-old daughter who has obsessive-compulsive disorder.


Episode Summary:
After Charlie and Kate have sex, he innocently asks her if she wants to go to a movie. Kate interprets this as a romantic gesture, rushes to fix him up on a date the next day with someone else and the two are forced to exam the nature of their odd relationship. At home, Sam kisses a girl at school and a picture of it ends up on Facebook.
