About The Series: Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan is a reality television series that features Cesar Millan's work with problem dogs.  In the United States, the program airs exclusively on the Nat Geo WILD channel. Season 8 premiered on January 7, 2012.The series premiered on September 13, 2004 on the National Geographic Channel in half-hour episodes and in 2005 was expanded to one hour and moved to prime time. These problems range from excessive barking to behavior, that if not corrected, could leave the owners little choice but to euthanize the dog. Mr. Millan describes his work as "rehabilitating dogs", and training people." Dog owners can learn from him ways to establish a balanced relationship with their dogs that will help to prevent these problems.

Episode Summary:
Cesar helps three dogs overcome their fears. Included: a whippet mix that was born blind and deaf; a cocker spaniel that fears all humans; a labradoodle that lives on a boat but is afraid of water.
